Islamabad High Court (IHC ) has dismissed Chairman PTI Imran Khan’s objection regarding inclusion of Akber S. Baber in scrutiny process in PTI foreign funding case.
The written order has stated that Akber can become a part of scrutiny as he is a member of PTI but in case Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) has canceled his membership still ECP has the authority to call him whenever they want.
The court has also dismissed Imran’s allegation of ECP discriminating him and his party.
