Usman Ibrahim Takes Oath As Federal Minister

Barrister Usman Ibrahim on Thursday has taken oath as Federal Minister. President Mamnoon Hussain administered oath of office to him at a ceremony held at Aiwan-e-Sadr.

The ceremony was attended, among others, by high officials and political workers.

It may be recalled that on April 27, government expanded its cabinet by appointing five new federal ministers and a state minister.The notification stated that Marvi Memon, Marriyum Aurangzeb, Anusha Rehman, Tariq Fazal Chaudhary as federal ministers and Leila Khan as a state minister.

President Mamnoon Hussain administered the oath to the newly appointed ministers.

Marriyum Aurangzeb, Anusha Rehman and Tariq Fazal Chaudhary took oath as the federal ministers.

Leila Khan took oath as the Minister of State. Earlier, Miftah Ismail was appointed a federal minister ahead of the budget session in National Assembly. While Ismail was given the portfolio for finance Minister.
