President Alvi address concluding session of Int'l Rehmatal-Lil-Aalameen Conference
A two-day International Rahmatul-Lil-Alameen Conference will conclude at Jinnah Convention Center in Islamabad on Wednesday.

President Dr Arif Alvi address the concluding session of the conference, which is being held under the auspices of Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony.

President said, “Holy Prophet (PBUH) led a life where he always avoided the expression of anger.”

He added, “I pray before Allah (SWT) to guide me onto the straight path since Sirat-e-Mustaqeeem (Straight path) is the ultimate destination of all of us.”

He also said that he does not observe the merciful atmosphere in our society that existed in the times of beloved Holy Prophet (PBUH), adding that the nation is ready to die in the name of Holy Prophet (PBUH).

It is the 43rd conference aimed at promoting religious harmony, tolerance, brotherhood and equality, respect for humanity, non-violence, unity, reconciliation and culture of dialogue.

While speaking in the conference on Tuesday, Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan said that welfare states don t emerge by virtue of resources but feeling for others.

Addressing the two-day international Rehmatal-Lil-Aalameen (PBUH) Conference in Islamabad, Imran Khan said Allah has created man with a purpose. I wish scholars impart Islamic knowledge for the betterment of the society, he expressed.

The premier said that the teachings of Holy Prophet (PBUH) serve as the straight path. Earlier I was not well versed with religious knowledge, he told.

Imran Khan went on to say, “Our government raised blasphemous caricatures issue at United Nation after which, Holland removed them.
